Deborah Wright, CEO and Founder
Deborah founded Quiditas to pioneer the concept of using the Internet to deliver collaborative venture capital/start-up enterprise applications via Ventanis. Her background in designing innovative management solutions and coordinating their implementation includes both large and growing companies. Deborah has extensive experience as a venture professional, portfolio company executive, Wall Street investment professional, and management consultant. Her scope of experience includes major firms such as Goldman Sachs and PricewaterhouseCoopers as well as a number of consulting roles ranging from large international corporations to Silicon Valley venture capital firms and portfolio companies. Deborah was Chief Financial Officer with Hummer Winblad Venture Partners in San Francisco as well as CFO of the Equity Institutional Sales group at Goldman Sachs in New York. She holds an MBA in Finance and Marketing from the University of Chicago Graduate School of Business.
Tracie Redd, BA, MBA
Tracie brings over 16 years of experience and an established a track record for providing high-quality solutions and services to a "Blue Chip" list of Financial Services clients such as Goldman Sachs, Morgan Stanley Dean Witter, Barclays Global Investors, Fidelity and Frank Russell Company, as a Partner at PricewaterhouseCoopers. She has extensive experience in assisting banks, securities firms, and investment management companies in operational strategy and redesign, developing new products and market implementation strategies, and performing risk management reviews. She holds a BA from Princeton University and an MBA from the University of Chicago Graduate School of Business.
Marianne Winkler, CPA, JD
Marianne was most recently a Principal and Chief Financial Officer of the Private Equity Group at Thomas Weisel Partners. Marianne brings a wealth of software design experience to Ventanis. She has worked with several software companies in the design and implementation of a private equity funds reporting system for various funds totaling $2 billion, that included a later stage venture fund, fund of funds, and a hedge fund. Prior to joining TWP, she was a Senior Tax Manager in the Venture Capital and Private Equity Group of PricewaterhouseCoopers. Marianne is a member of the California Bar Association and the AICPA. She received a BS from Arizona State University and a JD from the University of San Diego, School of Law.
Glynda Brown, BS, MBA
Glynda brings to the team specific industry knowledge with her experience as an Associate with Hummer Winblad Venture Partners in San Francisco and Easton Hunt Capital Partners in New York. Glynda also has 9 years experience as a Software Engineer with Visa USA and several Marine Engineering firms in Northern Virginia. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Maryland and an MBA in Finance from Columbia Business School, New York.
